Our rooms and common areas are non-smoking.

The prices for rooms are indicated per person and day with breakfast and the parking space in our garage.

The prices for apartments are indicated per week and include linen and towels and the parking space in our garage.

Single occupancy of a double room: please request the price.

Reductions for 3rd and 4th person in the room (with 2 people paying the full price: children until the age of 2: 100%, children from the age of 2 until the age of 6: 50%, children from the age of 6 until the age of 12: 30%, children from the age of 12 until the age of 16: 20%, after 10%.

Reservation: Reservations and cancellations can only be accepted in written form.

Deposit: In order to have your reservation confirmed, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price

Advice: We recommend you to effect a travel cancellation insurance with us. This insurance provides financial cover in cases where you have to cancel your holidays due to major reasons. Without a travel cancellation insurance, the deposit will not be refunded.

Surcharge for short stays: (up to 3 nights) + 10%

Dogs and pets: Only during the summer season and on request and by charge. Please note, that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, in the garden and in the spa area.

Arrival and departure times: On the day of your arrival, your holiday accommodation will be available after 2 p.m. Please inform us, if your arrival is delayed after 7 p.m. On the day of departure, check out time is no later than 10 a.m.

Pay the bill: We prefer the payment in cash or bank transfer we accept also credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD).

Cancellation: In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC)

We also refer to the “General Terms and Conditions” of the accommodation facilities associated with the Tourism Offices of Val Gardena” in their respective valid version which regulate the present accommodation contract.

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
